Whilst the
capacity of computers can out process a human individual(s) brain i.e.
you can use multiple processors to speed up the result of the answer and
therefore the processor can be quicker is it cleverer?
I think technology / processors will never be cleverer than a human
brain as I feel they can only be as clever or fit for purpose if you
like as the individual(s) who created them (and there are some very
talented and clever programmers, software designers, engineers etc in
today’s technology field) nor sometimes should they replace humans as
they sometimes do ( quick checkouts in supermarkets take jobs away from
individuals and they cannot give you a smile, you can’t ask it a
question and more often than not they are being repaired ).
Here are my reasons for thinking this….
It’s a human, an individual or team of individuals that write the
logical statements, algorithms, software for the processor to process
the information it receives.
If a processor learns or becomes better it is because an individual
or team of individuals, humans have created a logical pattern for it to
know how, when, which process to follow.
A processor, system can only therefore be as clever as the individual or team of individuals that created it in the first place.
Technology increases as individual(s) …humans…create more robust,
sophisticated, analytical software and systems with higher and greater
processing capacities.
Sometimes however that same technology can stop us as an
individual(s) from using our own built in processor which is far
greater, complex and sophisticated than any system an individual(s) will
build….. sometime’s technology can make us lazy….
The human brain…
Use it, it’s yours and no-one can ever take it away from you…..!
